So far, the GMs are very helpful especially with newbies. They assist like friends.
The game so far is balanced (as far as my game time is concerned) and there are a lot of ways to customize your playing style with in-game items that doesn't involve donating or paying. You can earn them by grinding and farming as well.
Im more of the PVE and MVP type of player so I may not have any thoughts on PVP. hehe.
