Long time RO player. This server emulates the closest thing one will find to the true RO experience. Parties happen all the time - duos/trios/full 12. MVPing is fun, and competitive. There is active WoE, and episodic releases (just released Rebirth)! The events are fun, and accessible. The staff communicates pretty well on discord, and in game. If one is looking for a COMMUNITY that plays, and has fun - be a GOAT. Yes, it sounds like a meme, but truly - Greatest Of All Time! Ragnagoats <3 /no1

Most fun I've had playing Ragnarok in a long time or maybe ever. Several custom changes but they makes sense for the kind of game Ragnarok was or should have been. Classes and skills that were either left behind or simply forgotten have new purpose. Population is on the low side but it has been steadily growing and i expect it to pickup now that rebirth is in. GMs are friendly and available. WoE is small but fierce. Needs more goat themed events though.

Promising custom changes to classes that open more build options without denaturing them. Cash shop currency is automatically gained while playing and contains only vouchers and invisible costumes. One major caveat for me : the fierce opposition to any kind of stats/skill reset besides the official max b40 skill reset. On a x1 server, your time will not be respected if you didn't plan your build in advance or made a mistake. If this doesn't bother you though, give this server a try. It's good.

Feeling Rich and Successful while playing RagnaGoats. The server that has hooked me up for an actual long run. Finally, i am playing for a long run ! I respect this opportunity deeply. I am participating. Feels amazing executing the strategy that i have always wanted to <3 Big Love to the GM team and Community !

Great server with a team of dedicated people who's trying to make a well balanced server. Server got a few customizations and Im led to believe more is comming in the future. In my opinion its all good customs. Server just went transcendent. All we need is some more players. Come join!

As someone who lives very far from the main server I actually have a decent conection almost always. The community is always available to help new players and so the GMs. Even with not that many players we still have a decently active market and WoE happens with a very high frequency. There are a good ammount of customization in the server, don't expect being exactly like it was in the 2000's, most are QoL, but there are balance changes and new mechanics, and, until now, they have been good.

Although the population is rather low, it's a great server to play on if you wish to experience pre-renewal on x1 rates. If you want to grind the oldschool way, and for it to be meaningful, this is the place for you. There are some custom modifications but they are all in the spirit of "classic". Some of these are some rather important bits so I advise you to give them a good read on the website.

Hello. I've never written any Review before, but for this server, which gave me so much fun for the past months, I wanna give a smol review! This is the best and balanced (classic) server I've ever played - and I play ro for many years now! A lot of nice people, balanced system, very friendly GM's, cool ideas like the map or race of the day, sweet seasonal events, some costume headgear quests - all I wish for are a few more people. ^-^ I hope this server will never close!♥

This is the best server I've played so far. The server has the map of the day, in which you gain I think 15% more exp and also drops a bag that when you collect 10 you can trade for experience at an NPC in Geffen. There 3 types of bags. Furthermore, there is the race of the day, where the monster of that race will give 15% more exp. Ife the race and any of the maps of the day are the same, the bags has much more chance of dropping. But it does not increase exp by 30%. And many other things....

Seems like a pretty authentic classic experience so far. I didn't even know about the anti-inflation patch, which judging by what was reverted is really just a set everything to .01% drop rate patch. Note that with no stat or skill resetting other than the official low level resetter, and the slow moving episodic content release, both alchemist and blacksmith creations and their ingredients are actually quite valuable and useful.
