I have been playing on several private servers over the years, and this is only the second server I would rate as "very good". For sure it isn't perfect, but it is very close to the vanilla experience in spirit. That being said, it is a 1x server and it has a low-ish population; This means that prices are more on the high side and the availability of stuff is on the lower side. Small community, which affects party availability and market. But everyone seems friendly, and it's the closest thing I can find to the vanilla experience. No multi client is just a big + for me all well. PS: I don't rememeber when I started playing, it's just a guess.

Recently decided to come back to RO and this server fit my needs perfectly. This server is perfect if you want to play classic RO without unnecessary customization. I played RO Restart previously and this server helped me re-feel that nostalgia again. The environment is very chill and laid back. The players are very kind and helpful so if you ever have questions, people are more than willing to help where needed I found. There's no P2W aspect at all. 100% will recommend to family and friends.

Been playing for about 3 weeks now, really good server that stays true to the classic RO experience without unbalanced custom changes/donation related things. I play from NA so the connection is amazing even for how far the server is. Players and GM are super helpful and friendly, when made my first character someone random even helped out a bit with starter things. The server population is a little low at the moment, so if your solo at lower levels might be a bit slow starting off.

Good server with a bright future. PROS: Variety in parties (static, duos, trios, etc), friendly staff, friendly community, good website, good events, ROTD and MOTD systems to help the EXP grind. CONS: Very small population which makes it hard to find parties in PST and most NA timezones, economy is very expensive and most likely controlled by just a few people, only a few guilds. If you are tired of Payon Stories, this is a good server. Just make sure to bring a friend or two.

Pretty cool old-school server with very limited customization. Feels very balanced. Absolutely no P2W. Player population seems to be somewhat low, so new player experience might be somewhat tough, especially with 1x rates and limited economy. Active and friendly GM/dev team.

By far my best experience playing in a RO server. The community is very welcoming and kind, easy to find parties to level up together, to battle on WoE and even to do events together. The major point of the server is to play together but of course you can still do the things solo if you wish. The staff is very attentive and dedicated, feel free to ask them anything on Prontera. Right for you if you seek a challenge!Great classic server with tiny, but important and convenient changes. E.g. Kafra warps you further than 1 destination, you can store zeny from all of your accs. NO DUAL clients allowed, small woe community, economy is fine for the small Playerbase (currently 50max +50autovendors). GMs are available at most times and willing to listen, but won't get to diverted from their course to easily which I appreciate. Pretty much the best low rate right now. TRY IT! CU
