As stated in our rules, PHP cases are handled on a case by case basis since no two cases are alike. We take many factors into consideration, like the severity of the offense, or if the person has broken the rules before. We handle each case with care and make informed and careful decisions. Neither of our administrators have legit accounts so they remain impartial and don't favor any player over another. Players can also appeal their ban and the admins will take it into consideration.

We offer a full donation set just for voting, and numerous quests that give gear only a few stats less than their donation counterparts. We are a balanced and fair server with professional staff - the fact we have so many dedicated players shows this. Our community is friendly, and even has guilds devoted to helping new players. Thanks for your review! We are currently hiring GMs so more events will be hosted in addition to our automated events. Both of our admins are active on the server though and regularly do bot checks in addition to our anti-bot system. While we are an international server, the main language is English, and a majority of our players speak it. You can also vote for free donation items if you find the quests too difficult, though players are able to complete the knight/legendary quests fairly easily.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with us. You can't kill players in shops though so I'm not sure why you say that. However, if you're looking for help, our forums are always a great active resource. We also have a help desk in go 25 with GMs there. Before saying negative things about our economy, I'd recommend playing the server for longer - if you did, you would see that isn't true. Thanks for your review. We do provide a full equipment set through voting that has the same exact effect as our donation set. It's viewable on the vote rewards section of the CP so anyone can confirm it's true. Since we do have a lot of high quality original items and recolors, unfortunately many other servers have stolen our original items before we encrypted our GRF. We also take PHP very seriously and punish those who try to, since it's against the rules. Good luck in finding a new server.

We give appropriate punishment when someone breaks the rules. However, in your case, you were also provoking drama and we warned both parties to stop. In cases where both sides are verbally abusing each other, either both sides are punished or neither are. Once we gave warnings, it stopped to our knowledge. Chargebacks are against the rules, so of course you get banned for doing one. That's very often, if not always, the case in RO servers. Good luck in finding your next server.

Thanks for your review. BR and GvG are team-based events that anyone can participate in and has a chance to win. Our admins are very active and involved: they not only develop frequent updates, but also handle the ticket system, help players in game, on the forums and through Skype, and unlike many servers, handle scam cases and do their best to recover the items. Every server has vendors, but our population has been growing rapidly and is much more active than you give credit for.

GMs are always available at the help desk, and we encourage people to add us to Skype and other messengers so they can easily contact us anytime. Our automated events are varied, and we also have GM hosted events regularly. Non-donators don't need to farm tokens since we made donation gear available through voting and questable legendary gear which are only a few stats less than donation items.
