Good RP server. There isn't very much lag and barely any lag spikes. The community is friendly but you must make the first move... The GMs are very active but don't seem to be easy access for new comers. The Class balance is superb, that's cus it's not a PVP oriented Server... For an RolePlaying server, this one is great! Give it a shot if your deep into role playing and not just MVPing and PVPing! I repeat, great RP server, haha.

Best RP server I've been on. Their story plotline is good. You have to be a little patient if you want to get noticed, but then again you always have to work for that status and trust me, it's not as clique-ish as some other RP servers tend to always be. The GMs are really friendly, and the main GM is practically on everyday. Everyone can be involved and not just on the sidelines. It's well worth it to get involved.(Oh, and they implemented infinite ammunition, too, in reply to the review below)

RP-wise, this is a great server with a well-written story I never really had much of a problem getting a hold of the GMs and they were helpful. However, this server runs on the GM's PC so it is a little unstable. Their have been wipes but they make an effort to try and return everyone stuff. It's also tends to be offline a lot. Since the economy isn't much to worry about, I think it would interest for them to implied infinite ammunition, since I feel that'll attract more people.

This is an RP server, so please ignore the ratings for economy/guild competition. RP-wise, the events on this server focus on the exploits of two GMs and their characters, as well as a small group of specially gifted individuals, leaving many people in "supporting roles". The community is very welcoming, but getting ahold of a GM is very, very hard. PMs go unanswered a lot. There are a lot of "permissions" required to do much at all. Only get involved here if you are very patient.

At best, it's okay. The story departs from canon Ragnarok story and goes along it's own plotline, which is fine, but the writing is somewhat lacking, and seems tacky at times. The main antagonist, in particular, needs a lot of work. The GM gives off a very full of himself attitude, and the Mods seem imposing. I do not say this to insult, but because it is honestly how I feel. That said I will continue to play on this server in hopes it betters itself, as it still has great potential.

So far in my experience on Advent Ro, is about 1 week now, and I have already made good friends. The server is relatively new so its a litte unstable while the owner tweaks and gets a stable server host but I can overlook that. Its RP base is wonderful, even if the number of players is limited since alot of People dont know how to RP or hate to RP. But those on here that do RP do not dissapoint. The GMs are VERY active in the RP storyline they have set. I would recomment this server to RPers.

Durring my time on ARO there were a lot of problems. GM fighting which led to movement of the server, large rollbacks and mod abuse. My main issue with the server is the power tripping of the mods. Other then that the server was pretty dead most of the time, and the few times it had lots of people on the number was around 4-7, rarely higher. I wouldn't recommend this server to anyone over 21 or you will find yourself at odds with the admins. My reason for quitting was mod abuse though.

When it comes to RP servers, this one takes the cake. I've been in several, but this one seems to not only have a consistent player base, but each character in-game is always in character, and always ready to RP. The GMs are all helpful and usually always online, and have responded to my minimal errors efficiently. Events are held very often, and the storyline is constantly being updated. There's an enormous amount of custom content, like maps and headgear, and it's definitely worth it to try!

Very awesome server so far. I really enjoy it and the people on it. A close group of people who are all very funny and kind! I cannot wait to get more involved. =D

My time on this server was short. I play for a week before the crashes. I lost my character twice, I just called it quits. My reviews from the time I was on. The GMs were a little lax, but they all seemed to be good people. The community is full of great people, I'de say give Advent ro a try. Always up, but kinda dead at night!
