Steals Zeny from a monster, affected by DEX, LUK, and SkillLV, amount stolen is based on monsters level. Can only be used to steal Zeny once, however it is possible to steal Zeny from monsters that the user stole items before. (1*SkillLV)% chance to steal.

It's success rate rises as the skill level is increased.
Zeny can only be stolen once from each monster and using this skill will draw the target monster's aggression.
The chance to steal Zenny is increased by the caster's DEX and LUK, depending on the level difference from the target.

This skill is only available to regular monsters.
