Skill Form: Active Skill Type: Supportive Max Level: 10 Increase the Movement Speed and Flee Rate of the caster and Party Members. However, Movement Speed will not be increased if a similar effect, such as Increase AGI, has already been cast. Skills which decrease Movement Speed, such as Quagmire, cancel the Movement Speed increase from Wind Walker.
