| Effect | Shoot a spider web to bind a target to a spot for 8 seconds, also reduces the victim's Flee Rate by half. If target is hit by any fire elemental skill then the target will take 2x the normal damage but the spider web will be destroyed. You can only catch one enemy with each cast and you can not have more than 3 webs active at the same time. | ||||
