Great PVM server. Custom aspects that I really enjoy as do many others. Worth a try for a fun take on pre-renewal RO. Owner/GMs aren't d*cks unlike the other more popular server with a t. Haven't tried woe yet, heard it's 1 sided but there are rewards. Check out rise of midgard's wiki there's a lot to see there, before playing if you want to be safe.
Instant WoE I can't speak about, but I've heard it's decent. BG on the pvm server for badges for kawaii costumes, that about sums it up.

Competent admin team, especially the head developer. Need I say more? 10/10 give us a try at least.
The custom changes are really well thought out QoL improvements and make more builds viable and is fresh content on a 20+ year old game. Not the server for you if you are close minded and want to live in your own world from 20+ years ago.
Inflation is fairly well managed, several active WoE guilds, really I'm struggling to find bad things to say and that's coming from a cynic.

Admin changes his mind weekly about core skill changes, and whether to stick to iRO or not. Why is sticking to iRO important? Who knows. Too many random unexplained map server crashes which are not explained, making them appear inexperienced and unprofessional. The admins have really good intentions but execution is not there. I waited another 2 weeks intentionally to give this server a chance and it's still a lack of a good team here, especially development talent. Save your time this aint it.

We are doing a BB gutterline poll to survey our players' opinion. We simply ran a poll to help determine how everyone feels, lasts 2 weeks, still ongoing. I cannot understand why that would warrant a bad review when we still haven't made a decision on the matter. All hard topics are reviewed by staff AND players, we listen to our players = 1 helpfulness?
You mentioned 0 rationale for community being a 1.
Map server crashes were a 1 time event within 4 hours of a patch, this warrants stability 1?

Server is not casual or solo friendly at all. This should be priority # 1 because
1: Players quit
2: New players replace them
If you don't have 2 anymore because the solo/casual/new experience is sh!t, you end up with a server in population decline. Charlie seems very well intentioned, but might be burned out/busy, and stubborn on their priorities, and can't deliver things in a timely manner
Don't join if you don't want to beg to join parties or aren't bringing multiple friends

10+ years and still going, no other private server can say that for good reasons
The server could use some modern QoL (party buffs for priests, for example) but otherwise the balance is great (LK, Stalker, SN etc. are meta farmers not just sniper/hwiz)
It would be cool to pull good ideas from other servers like mentioned party buffs, instanced mvps, and to possibly open source some harder bugs like storage closing randomly
But overall 10/10, incredible server management and longevity
