The GM team regularly reminds all players to file elaborate reports with acceptable proof for people they observe using 3rd party tools such as macros. If you want players punished, you'll have to do your part in this process too. Scammers are successfully hunted and punished 99% of the time, so I'm assuming you didn't bother reporting this too.
