We have a Player Report section in the forum for a reason; you made no effort to report the situation, otherwise it would have been dealt with right away. Either way, that was a single player (both characters you named are the same person), not a reflection on the server's community as a whole. As for the GM team, our GMs are always willing to help new players. The only reason they would have muted you is if you were breaking the rules. It's your responsibility to read the rules before playing.
