The GM are almost available to assist user at all the time(but not midnightXD)
This server is getting more people and most of the player are very friendly to assist new joiner.
You are able to get most of the donation head gear from head gear quest, and there are also NPC selling potion/bottle material and food material, user can easily buy them with zeny.
there are always some automate event to let you earn silver/gold coin to exchange good stuff.
ill rate for 4.5 star for this! Have a try :D

You should understand that there's NO SERVER out there with 100% Friendly players in it. Every players have different personalities for sure. But I can promise you that there's a lot of Friendly players in ExcellenceRO, and I'm afraid you just never met them. Based on your review, you are playing less than one month & I think you are making "Quick Judge" for the situation itself. We always stated "Friendly Community" and not 100% Friendly Players.

Been playing this server for about 2 months. Active event from GM and fast response when bug reported. Player are friendly too, they willing to share the "secret sauce" xD that make u strong on what job you are playing.
Cash shop are mainly costume, buff scroll and quest headgear.
Other than the costume in the cash shop, any buff or etc item can be obtain by MVP Point/CardTrader/InstancePoint. which is GOOD for player.
Besides,GM event are always giving out CashPoin too!So No WORRY!

Fresh new server, about 2 weeks old. Been playing since from grand opening.
Player are friendly, often bring new player to run instance daily.
GM is active to any question and weekly fix for bug and update.
Anytime in cash shop could be grind by MVP/Instance/Active point.
Costume can be obtain from Daily hunting quest or GM weekly event.
It's not so easy to get endgame gear but you can have more time to enjoy the game and playing with friend rather then just sitting in town.

Brand new server, true low rate with amazing 4th job!
First day with good population and balance cash shop which you could obtain most of the helpful stuff with zeny!!
Headgear only can be obtain with quest which is balance and fair to all player.
Helpful Admin do response to problem/bug almost immediately.
Hope everyone could give it a try at this great server!!

Purely P2W server , Even F2P is hard life, so P2E is just a bullsh*t
Even 17.1 EQ/module required token to craft, and token only obtainable from the daily quest with maybe 0.5%(was told is 30-60%)? each item require 10 to craft. Have done like 4day of daily quest 17.1, but not even getting one. But if you're badge holder (which is Donate or whatever the call) you will compulsory to get from every quest.
