stability/availability - very few crashes, and when it does its back up almost instantly community - ppl are always willing to answer questions. Events were common but have slowed down recently. But faceworm. nuff said. GMs - are great to talk with and always helpful. Europe/Asia players may have a harder time finding one, but there is usually at least 1 on when I play. Bugs are fixed very quickly too. Gameplay - the econ and gvg is slow now, but always picks up when new players join
