Bugs get fixed quickly. The GMs are active and they have an ear for everything. Non-English spam -or any spam- don't get to stay flooding the main channels (after some warnings they get the MUTE!) Winning in events yield fair, reasonable prizes. The custom features (automated events, hat making quests, maps and instances) run smoothly and are very professionally done. Impressive. Overall a very nice server. Thank god we don't get wings...
