This is a very nice mid-rate. The community is active and helpful. BG seems to be constantly rolling. With a lot of zeny changes, the economy is very strange; costs are lower overall. Server is definitely on the pay-to-win side; you can earn donations but it takes a good while vs $$$, it's not impossible though. Overall this server is great for what I'm looking for and the amount that I play the game, and I can't really ask for more.
