We warn our players about sharing their account information (it's technically against the rules), which is what results in 99.9999% of "hack cases." Unlike a majority of RO servers, especially as large as ours, our administrators personally handle every "hack" case and do their best to recover the items if at all possible. Sometimes, sadly, it isn't. In terms of cheats, we recently implemented Gepard Anti-Cheat Shield to address this issue.
