My play experience is very stable and lagless even if im fromeEurope abd the server is on north america i always have fun with the events and holidays on top of the wonderfulness of hero there is also the playerbase that is very nice and wilcoming everyone will help you weather it is levelling and giving you some fancy gear happy borthday hero
