You may find that a few of the custom headgears and card effects are pretty overpowered when compared to your average 99/70 prere-RO, but that doesn't take away from the enjoyment of the server. I'd say it's good for PVM enthusiasts, though most players prefer to farm and zeny and live inside the MVP room. PVP isn't dead, but not that active either. However, there are quite a few players pushing for a more active WoE scene. Lastly, the GM is usually on to listen to suggestions and help players.
