Custom features so confusing for newbies, wiki guides not well written nor updated, community gave cold responses, no in-game tutorial to navi around the complex mechanics they added on top of an already complex game. Worst gaming experience for an intellectual who wants to make sense of things first before playing. Been playing RO for years but didn't last a day in here
