The server is the most balanced and fair you can find. I'm always online to help and you can ask that with other players. If not in-game, you may also contact us on facebook page. You may also seek help within our community group. Regarding biases, I don't believe there has been any biases at all. There is zero cheat in the server and is protected with Gepard. If you are referring to macros, we allow gaming macro to be used in this server but unfortunately this isn't considered cheating.
