If you are an experienced botter or just interested in learning how to do it, this server is great. Not only is it allowed but they will help you get set up on discord. The playerbase is very helpful and friendly.
There are many custom NPCs and events available to try out as well.
Only thing missing would be more guilds so that WOE would be active.
