If you're looking for a low rate server, stay away from tRO. From experience: I just wanted to recover my in game account passwords, I had no violations, even donated $200. Only forgot them bc I stopped a few years ago. Their staff is just awful. Long story short, the GM's treat their players like S*** and those who oppose GM's suffer, it's fascinating a game with a staff like this still survives when they have zero sense of customer service. Advice from a decent person: Find another server.

Peaks only bc of attendance for supply. You'll find the best miracle/bulls**t items in this server. +10 Gakkung[2] +9 armors, when no one is hunting, all for $$. GMs, they sell gear through real money. Zeny is useless in the server, nobody wants zeny, only $$. Find the "trusted seller" in their page for more information. Corrupt owner, GM are players as well, friends of GMs are Guild Masters, one streamer is a co-owner of the game. They boast F2P but their admins sell op gear thru real money.

Been a classic low rate hardcore player ever since, and I must say OathRO really got me and my friend hooked. No cash shop means you can't pay to win or buy supply potions and must think smart when farming. The game balance changes also gives a new breadth of possibilities for builds and classes. The best part of all is the community, and how efficient leveling is done by full parties of 12 going into dungeons, each member with specific roles to play. Discord is also the best I've seen so far.

This isn't your typical pre-renewal server, but if you want to play RO for content and gear progression, without the added frills, this server is for you. The owner listens and acts prudently on suggestions and not blindly following what the players want. No major downtimes since launch, and bugs are fixed quickly, which speaks to the dev team's capability to deliver. Whether you're a hardcore solo player (like me) or playing with a friend/group, you'll definitely find a place for you here!

Server is as classic as it gets, good balance of party and solo content. There's cash shop if you want to advance your progression quicker but playing solely as f2p is also fine. This is a Pinoy Server so expect to have frequent banter in main. All else the ping is very good if you are from SEA, owner listens to feedback and is very capable in terms of implementing features, mitigating attacks and providing new content. If you are looking for a home to stay in the long run this is it!
