Been playing for a month now and GMs are easy to reach and talk to online/discord. They are responsive as well. WOE was recently added and they are trying to be flexible with the times. BG is coming soon so I am also looking forward to that. Even though I've donated myself, there's hourly events that lets players earn donation currency so this is not a pay to win server, which is great. Lots of friendly people to help you out as well.

Server just started 1 day ago and there are a lot of players already. This server has a lot of perks and free items for newbies. BG and WOE is set to start in the new few weeks. If you're looking to play a new server now is a great time to start! The GM team are very experienced, helpful, and friendly. This server definitely has a lot of customization to it too.
