This has been the most welcoming server I've played in quite a long time. I will say this is mostly a PvP server. Any issues with balancing PvP/MvP/WoE have been brought up & discussed by everyone. The PvP is my reason to play, and the community has been my reason to stay. Some players focus on themselves for solo play, and others choose to play in groups/guilds.
