It's a great renewal server, without any pay-to-win dynamics. It's classic balanced RO with barely any custom items. As a new player, it is less intimidating than other servers with tons of custom stuff. You don't get confused as much. I started playing with friends since day 1 of the server, and it's wonderful to have a growing community. Mostly everyone's nice and they offer advice to those starting out. The GMs hosts events regularly. We found a home here in the midst of a pandemic.
