GM is always present and online, has a great website for registration and has a great feature afk system, bot like system that even you are offline it move your character, for every bug you sent you are compensated.

Quite a handful of players on the first day
Many quests to do, very fast server, no lag until some DDOS issues.
GMs are supportive, but sometimes becoming to fed up on the server issues.
i think they need to hire more GM for help coordination of everything
