-always asking @request no one response.
-gm playing and mute other player without valid reason.
- game is good but some player are toxic.
- bad forging because have +1 safe refine item not good for non donator.
- gm always unalable in game only active in forum. no one active in game
- free item in donation item with many freebies not fair at non donator.

This player was banned yesterday for scamming people in town. The report came through @request, so it's funny he says "no response". You rated us a 5 in stability, even though we have 100% uptime and server has been up for 26 days in a row right now.. We have 5 proxies, for SEA, EU, NA and AU, but you still rated us a 3 in availability ? I'm pretty sure you enjoyed the server until you were banned.. I assume this is your revenge. I also assume you'll be back as soon as your anger subsides.
