DEEPBLUE RO probably the ONLY private server that has HEAVILY restricted GM Commands to prevent abuse and PROHIBITED ALL STAFFS from having a player account to completely remove CORRUPTION! The server is very stable. Players do NOT encounter laggy connections. The GM's are friendly and the community is very helpful. Old-timers will always help out newbies. This is as balanced as you can get because all the cards are added as quest requirements so there is no need for a card buyer NPC.
