We ask all of our GMs to guide players to tickets as much as possible, as that ensures our handling of cases is uniform and few cases can be solved on the spot. It depends a little on what's the issue at hand but a properly filed ticket rarely takes very long. We have also chosen to spend our time differently (for example on the costumes) than on enforcing hidden GM identities, hence while ultimately bad taste, whether any of our GMs want to disclose their legits is a matter of their choosing.
