Haven't experienced some items - and server may just be quiet because of holidays, but I've received no help from admins with account recovery in nearly 2 months. Otherwise, the server updates are constant, the software that controls the server and accounts is great. Control Panel is amazing and many great features. I still get stuck at about level 70 grinding away with no ability to play without somehow getting rich, but that's RO in general.

Fun server. First since OriginsRO I'll play long term. Wish it had their control panel/account management to make multiple accounts easier though. Donations seems reasonable and aren't game breaking or play to win. Took a day to accumulate enough money to buy and have fun. A lot of free stuff for logging in that's just quality of life/fun.
