Just because our investigation led to, from your point of view, an undesireable result regarding the banning of a player using macros does not imply bias in our part. We have a relatively lean staff and receive 30-80 tickets per day with requests and player reports. More serious ones always require our careful consideration and this was no different. We reviewed both evidence and performed analysis of the person in question and made our decision based on those facts alone.
