Was banned only because I was a new player that didn't have the knowledge necessary to know what was happening to my character when under GM supervision. While farming on one of the only maps I knew to be on, I was teleported to a Prison by a GM. Because I was unfamiliar with the map I alt tabbed to google search where I was, and because I was unresponsive during that time my account was permanently banned. Even with Screenshot and Chat Activity to support that I was not botting.

Hello!. We do have rules in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. As stated in our rules, players must be able to answer in English at any time(While farming) if checked by GMs. Failure to do so will be considered as AFK-botting or macroing and will be punished.
As you said, you were not responsive in fields and even in jail in GM presence, and continued to hit monsters, it is considered as botting/macroing.
