The reports about GMs turn out to be true.
A rule is getting abused. People are not allowed to attack a miniboss they lost aggro on. Taking said aggro away with body blocking is also prohibited.
If a person takes aggro away by bodyblocking and then starts recording you trying to get the aggro back, the GMs will protect the party who initially took the aggro wrongfully by bodyblocking.
GMs judge upon incomplete evidence. Always record while playing is the GMs advice or they will doubt. Fun!

Hello, Kill Stealing is strictly forbidden, as per rule: "To kill a monster that is already chasing or fighting another player is prohibited. This also include mini bosses. If the player loses aggro of the monster, he loses ownership of this monster", There was clear evidence of KS in this specific scenario and action was taken.
2 wrongs doesn't make it right, if both are wrong and fivent proper evidence, action is taken or both. You don't need to retaliate to make it more heated topic.
