experience lags every 10min, guild competition is limited to small guilds due to hardcap of woe participants, server rules are so vague that you are always walking on eggshells, the gm team is heavy handed on punishments no wonder the server population is on a serious dip lately. as a newbie joining static parties, players will expect you to know it all otherwise they will just insult you,

We apologize for any lag issues you may have experienced, but we haven't received any reports of such issues. We are hosted in North America and take performance seriously.
Regarding the guild competition, The decision for 20-player cap was made in collaboration with participating guilds. We've recently rewritten our server rules to be as explanatory as possible, based on feedback from our community.
We had recently banned bots and macro users, and that's why there has been dip in pop recently
