Playing from NA West, this server has a Canada/USA proxy and it is playable with ping below 100ms. Server staff and community welcomes English speakers even though server is a SEA based community. In terms of content(solo/party), you can get into PvE, PvP, or daily activities to generate funds to get those end-game gear. These can be acquired through grinding, trading, or donating.
