dead server with autotrade vendors or 1-2 player max online, most of the time logged for fpc or buffs, disabled woe, gm is never online, dead forum, undocumented changes and for playing on this server buying VIP is essencial, but server is going nowhere, prolly will be offline in few months

Documentation is available, just check Discord. The Changes will collected in discord and after a few days it will published in Forum.
GM is Online, but mostly in the evening. You don't come from germany, so your timezone is different.
VIP is a Helpful system but don't necessary to play here. Every Player can get VIP just with playing.
Big changes are coming but available on testserver right now.
The changes you want are for fast play and almost reach everything in no time, can read in forum.
