One of the better Low Rate's I've played. HeRO offers a ton of custom quests, items, and features. Great community, fairly stable server, and nice class balance too. Only downside I really noticed about this server was that the GMs were a bit on the strict side and some of their rules were really silly.

The players and GM's here are so nice! Everyone had a sense of humor and were willing to help me when I first started. The customs were great as well, most notably the 3rd classes! Definitely give this server a try.
