Started playing Oath a few weeks ago and it's been a blast. There's custom changes for classes and they are pretty good. People here are friendly as well as GMs. The owner implements stuff pretty quick (hotfixes and changes). The server's pretty grindy so it won't appeal to everyone but if you are looking for a new place to call home, you should definitely at least try the server.

I like this is old school server, this is exactly what i was looking since many years ago, i really appreciate it. also is for free and is a fair economy , i hope will continue improving it and making some events eventually.

It feels nice to play a low rate server with a nice community and without a cashshop. The server also has an active discord, where you can look for help, if you get stuck. Content rolls out slowly, that way everyone can enjoy the ride and progress like back in the day. The server also has minor quality of life adjustments, such as improved health and sp regeneration for a smoother leveling experience. I recommend this server to everyone, who wants to play oldschool RO.

A server to fell back in the past, very well maintained and with a humorous community, plus a staff that really cares about the server. My only tip is to play with friends or make new friends on server discord! Everything becomes better that way.

Stable new server with growing potential, what hooked me is being able to finally play an autocaster sage without wanting to kms, thanks to the class's rebalance. The staff is also very active on discord, and so far i have yet to see any form of abuse or favoritism from them. Also no vip/donate power systems.

Played server since launch. Now WoE times got decided and 2 out of 3 regions (EU/NA/SEA) remain unhappy after. Really weird decission making. Also cheaters (GRF edits not allowed) simply get away with a verbal warning on discord. This is simply not a way to deal with cheaters. The server is fun, costum changes are fun and good, but playing here probably comes with a big risk of potential wasting your time in the end. Admin to concerned about playercount, instead of punishing cheaters.

Classic Ragnarok with modern feel, no donation, no dual client, no buff npc. The balancing are awesome. 200% regeneration helping from boring situation but still not OP. The owner and his team truly Ragnarok Lovers. They running this server with full effort and heart. Spending money for the server for the another Ragnarok Lovers :D

New server that is off to a fantastic start. Everyone is very friendly, and the server is built on community interaction. This is a great take on the dusty old game we all love. Come find your new home here at OathRO!

I'm playing Ragnarok since 2004. Every year or two i play for a couple of weeks on random new servers and stop until next year. That server changed everything - i log in everyday and play at least for a couple of hours for almost two months already. The community is friendly, the great work on adding new stuff and careful balancing old one from GM (love new summon flora changes! you could use it now not only as gimmick), no lags and 30ms delay with embedded european proxy. Long live OathRO!

A lot of servers try to grasp the spirit of the classic iRO experience, most do a great job but few actually achieve it, OathRO is one of the few that actually captures the spirit of classic iRO. The main difference here though is that there are VERY SUBTLE changes to the game/classes that make it fit modern MMO players, still feels like iRO. Finding a group to level in geffen dungeon off of poison spores (check), but there ae no HUNTER FLIES! It's small changes like these that make it S-Tier!
