Low rate is good, donation mostly cosmetics. Their bi-weekly crafting is anti-newbie feature though. Good headgears are only available for two weeks. What if a newbie joins later on? Just say Goodbye to that headgear? Example is the amplifier sound. Once the weeks are done you can never obtain this anymore which is very bad, since newbies will be inherently be at disadvantage compares to earlier players. Everything else is good except for this weekly crafting which is plainly bad for newcomers.
