Pretty good classic RO, the only few changes that the admins have done to skills and other things are pretty minor. The only big one is no multi-client, and it's glorious, pretty much the number one reason to play this server. My one complaint would be that the people playing it want money but won't grind, so they get a single rare card and then just vend it for ludicrous prices for months on end. If that doesn't work (which it seldom does) whine on discord. Avoidable issue IMO, just grind.

New server with growing population. The GMs are friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. The server seems to be fairly stable, spare a couple hiccups in the recent days. The only considerable downside is that the economy is still underdeveloped as the population is still growing, but this issue shall resolve itself with time.

Perfect server to enjoy the true ragnarok experience. The 1x drop rates and the lack of autoloot and multi client makes the experience very different in a very positive way. For example, thiefs steal becomes really important and an archer has to evaluate if the encounter will be profitable or not. Community is also very nice and growing. Gm support is really fast and attentive.

This server has no cash shop like OriginsRO and some other server. Why did I leave a populated server such as OriginsRO to go there ? That's simple, GM can be close or distant to a player but they stay polite and don't overeact. I didn't see people bypassing the server to dual clienting yet. What does the server need to get better ? MORE PEOPLE, YOU HAVE RATE 1, NO CASH SHOP, WHAT DO YOU NEED EXCEPT A STABLE SERVER WITH THE NOSTALGIA THAT WE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHOUT CASH SHOP IN THE PAST.

Authentic, classic, pre-renewal 1x server. Economy isn't great yet, but the server is still new. Reminds me of iRO before the cash shop ruined their servers. I like that this server does not have a thousand ugly clothing and hair dye palettes. Have had a good impression of the GM team so far - I hope this server continues to do well and stays around for a long time.

retRO is a great take on a near-official, no donates classic server with episodic releases. WoE is due to start in a couple of months along with the next set of episodic updates. The GMs are friendly and available most times and will resolve issues/glitches quickly. The discord community is lively and helpful. As a new server the economy is yet to pick up and PvP is not very active. All in all a real blast from the past. Works like a charm on Linux via Lutris. PServer done right :)

This is the kind of lowrate Server I wanted to play on. One that reminds me of euro. At first is was concerned with its one client policy, but it let me to interact with other players instead of just dual clienting. Thanks to this I had more fun that I thought I would have. Company helps with the grind, of which there's a lot of. Due to the currently low population there isn't much of an economy.

Have only played for a few days but, so far, so good! The current episode being the 6th, I don't know much about how things were back then but the server's website provides databases of items/maps/monsters that are relevant for the current episode. On discord, the few times I asked a question, it was answered quickly by a GM or another player. The server is slow paced since the rates are x1 (x2 exp as part of an event) but it's great to experience the original version of the game without p2w

So far it appears to be a very friendly community. Total play-to-win. The GMs are very attentive and welcoming. The economy is small but for the # users/server age impressive. Gives that old school feel with only a few non-game breaking QoL features (eg @noks). I think this will be the perfect spot for us to set up our little LGBTQ-friendly guild. This server is on an early episode so be prepared things are a bit different for now. Server réponse is great even though I’m from another continent
