Hello, Solider here
1.) Content is not based on any particular set of people. It's generally based on the roadmap. No specific group of people is favored - all feedback is public and visible.
2.) I'm not sure who you spoke to, but players are generally pretty friendly. You could probably find a different group on the Discord.
3.) There is an ongoing thread in Discord for tracking items with incorrect descriptions. I clear this as often as possible. Just report it there and it gets taken care of.

The server has made substantial improvements, drawing back old players and gaining popularity on the low-rate tier list. New players are joining regularly, guild competition in WoE has improved, PvP events are better tailored for a smaller audience, and the in-game economy has rebounded. "Server is about to die"
Why? - I think it's because of the consistent behavior of the Admins/GM to continuously "NERFING" the Game, it's basically Admins/GM telling or showing the players, "I will nerf your game until you QUIT" it is really a scam Server, imagine 20th to 30th times a character/job has been nerf in the previous month,
also the farming area NERFED, Admins/GM prolly excited to make a new server after this EXPERIMENTAL SERVER they made to SCAM PLAYERS AGAIN.

Thanks for your opinion.
I balance all items personally and listen to player feedback.
Playing something that's meta will naturally lead to you seeing more nerfs to specific things than others. That's pretty natural.
Every balance change is visible in the #patch-notes section on Discord, unless I forgot to list it (anyone can message me to have it updated). We keep detailed notes.
The server's been up for around 7 months now. I have no plans to take it down, as stated many times.

Server is very stable and has a decent amount of people. But, if you are looking for a server with a lot of parties or guilds that are active outside of pvp/woe, don't bother. GM's are relatively helpful but can catch an attitude rather easily. The biggest drawback is the speed of recovery (hp/sp). It's so slow and you have to be dependent on grape juice or other consumables. If you are used to sitting to recover, you'll be waiting a long time, minutes. Which in a game like this is eternal.
