Hero provides the best pre-renewal experience, going above and beyond what people seek in a pre-re server, fixing many issues of skill builds being useless, and creating unique PVM experiences and item bonuses like strong buffs when hp is very low. On the community side, people are so nice and always willing to help, and the discord is super active!

Recently there's been a big overhaul of animations, which has really freshened up the look of everything. The underlying lore keeps progressing through events and stories, which can be quite engaging for people that are into RP, or just the plot. New custom gears are regularly added and there are a lot of pieces or even sets facilitating alternate styles of play, be it in a general way or specific to certain jobs.

About 3 weeks old into this server, great community who are willing to help, lots of custom quests/headgears/pets/wings. This is a great server if your looking for a place to chill and make hats! Theres a steady population that seems to be steadily increasing, but give and take. Overall, I'm finding the server very fun and active. There's always something to do, be it quests, making hats or collect unique pets. A great place to to come and chill and enjoy!

lots of quests available, custom gears and events. Friendly people, but i guess you would be if you see max 5-10 players online, server count average is 105 and 90% are afk merchants that have same item listed for god knows how long. Customised gears on this server is nice, although you can obtain better gears via voting, i find this silly and misleading to new players. For a dead server im suprised its even in top 10.

I lowe this low rate... I'm proud being one of this community. I enjoyed playing a lot. Not to mention, they have unique dungeons hats and mobs. You'll never get bored playing... and also the GM's are real sweethearts. I play and level up by myself... but there are these players whom are willing to help you even you don't ask them. I truely love this server <3 <3 <3

the server is old but really good to start in. You can communicate easily with gm if u want any help and u will enjoy meeting lots of other players. Truly better in my opinion much better then the offical server.

heRO was the first private server I've played. I liked the fact that when I started GMs were prompt, friendly, and available. Over time, the GMs have vanished, the economy is so over-priced that it's not worth buying anything, and there's still scripting errors and glitches that need to be fixed (ToH anyone?). The server seems to be slowly dying.

Economy as of late has been ruined cause of Hatters but, regardless a very good server. Most GM"s not online as often as id like. But when they are they are freidnly and helpful. Community is prettty friendly. WoE is bland, and not very competitive. PvM is basically DG parties and thors on the rare occasion people man up. But community makes up for flaws as most people are fun and nice.

Been playing on this server for close to three years now. WoE is basically dead. The economy has so much zeny in it due to a multiple reasons I'm not ganna list. Some cool custom features, but lack of updates. Like I said woe/pvp is dead but I guess if you like to use RO as a messager this server lets you talk in some pretty cool custom gear.

The community as a whole are pretty terrible, unhelpful and mainly trolls. The Economy is based on "Opinions" and not an actual number. GM's aren't ever online. The only automated "events" are BG's and WoE. That's about it. This is possibly the saddest LR RO server you could come and play. This server needs a lot of work and the main town is clustered by a ton of vendors, most of which are selling junk items.
