The ratings you gave are very low compared to your comments, I'm glad you acknowledge that we have very good and helpful GM and a very friendly community, it would be nice however if your scored reflected that. Sure "Very Good" should deserve more than 5/10!

I don't think you had enough time to grasp the economy/community of the server in the short time that you played. People are very friendly and @main is lively and helpful, they will readily answer questions providing you ask politely, however they wont spoonfeed you. There are a lot of vend but a good amount of real players too, usually ~200 of each. Some cards deemed useless are needed for a custom quest (The Hatter), that explains why their price differs from a server where they have no use.

heRO has the reputation of having a great community. My guess is you fell on a bad person or you're making this up, if the first I suggest you play some more, you'll see people are welcoming and nice. I happened to be on vacation when you wrote your review and I was online EVERY day during the week, other GMs were online frequently too and there were events. You must not have played long not to see a GM. Our Wiki has an Event Archive you can consult to see a list of all the events you missed!

The lag was due to our host, in a maintenance they moved the server's Computer under a different router and no more lag since, it's proof the problem was the host, that was 5 days before you left this negative review. We apologised for the delay but it was not in our power to make it faster. We've had increased Exp rates to compensate and item rewards. You may have been unhappy about the stability but I don't see why you scored low eventfulness, economy or competition, all of which are thriving!

It would be very much appreciated if you had actually taken the time to download, and play heRO before leaving such a biased review. You can litterally not spend 1 hour in game without seeing party seeking requests on @main, there's partying going on all the time. GMs are also highly active, not a day goes without there having been at least 1 GM (usually multiple are online every day) in game to check for bots, offer support or host an event. Are you sure you have not played another server?
